Feedback from community event

I enjoyed investigating the crime scene and finding all the evidence to figure out what happened to the victim.

I most liked the murder case, as well as solving it. Finding out about all the things that a CSI does was really interesting. Lucia, age 10

My son attended at Harrogate library today , and loved it ! So did I ! Very informative and captivating.

Adults party

Really good night last night!!! Didn’t know what to expect, but totally enjoyed it!!! Really well guided by DCI Wood and the ladies with her were brilliant!!!

9 year olds party

We booked Mid Downs Detective Project for our nine year old girls birthday party and they were brilliant. Not an easy job keeping 15 children not only entertained, but really engaged for over an hour, but they provided a first rate service. A well thought out plot, gadgets, props, skeletons (!) all provided with a professional and hassle free attitude, a cheerful couple of presenters with great experience between them. Highly recommend them for any party – we were quite jealous we weren’t involved in the sleuthing ourselves…

Excellent

Excellent party by The Detective Project yesterday for our grandson Tom’s birthday. A thoroughly professional set up with fabulous props kept ten boys occupied and engrossed for an hour. They had great fun sleuthing and reached their decisions together, which was a good example of team building. Would thoroughly recommend.

Best party ever!

This was the best birthday party we’ve ever held or been to.  My 9yr old daughter and her friends (and younger brother) loved everything about it, from the personalized Police briefing, the stories about real crimes, the science, the crime scene, the suits and the fingerprinting and dusting. Llorien was a great mix of entertainer and educator and my impression was that she was also an inspiration for the girls’ future career aspirations.   Well worth the money (and even us grown ups learned something!) Huge thanks and appreciation to Louise and Llorien for sharing their real world Police detective skills in such an age appropriate, accessible and engaging fashion.

9th birthday party

A big thank you to Llorien who ran a FANTASTIC party for our daughter’s 9th birthday at our house. The ten girls were wholly absorbed and entertained.  And it was refreshing to have such a different and unique theme for a party.  The forensic suits were a big hit as take home gifts! I can’t recommend the party highly enough.
